HOUSTON - Washingtoner -- Link.Store, a branding tool for marketplace sellers by .Store Domains, recently unveiled the Top 100 Etsy Sellers Report 2024. Available for free on the Link.Store website, the report delivers insights and strategies for Etsy success, designed to empower sellers to elevate their business.

The study analyzes the performance of Etsy's Top 100 sellers, focusing on crucial success indicators such as sales volume, customer feedback, social media engagement, and the integration of external links.

The report reveals that 66% of the top 100 Etsy sellers have been awarded the Star Seller badge by Etsy, which acknowledges sellers for outstanding service and customer satisfaction. The findings also highlight that while the Star Seller badge is prestigious, many top-performing sellers excel on the platform without it. This diversity highlights the various strategies contributing to seller success on Etsy, with the average number of listings among these top sellers ranging from 112 to 32,297 items.

Social media's role in Etsy success is confirmed by data showing that 60% of the top Etsy sellers include direct links to Facebook and Instagram from their Etsy storefronts. This highlights the importance of visual content and engagement on these platforms for enhancing brand visibility and customer interaction. Additionally, the adoption of branded links, which directly connect Instagram audiences to Etsy storefronts, has proven effective, with personalized branded links generating 48% more clicks than standard Etsy store links.

Instagram is a significant platform for top Etsy sellers, with a standout seller, SpoonFlower, boasting 498K followers. Successful Etsy sellers often utilize their Instagram bios to communicate unique selling propositions, sustainability efforts, business locations, and product categories.
