More than 400 attendees participated in the three conferences, including clients, partners, industry consultants, sponsors, and exhibitors. Participants attended sessions on increasing non-dues revenue from advertising and sponsorship; determining the impact of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) on delivery processes; effectively scoring engagement; developing and delivering continuing education programs; improving performance; assessing top cyber security trends; leveraging year-round mobile apps to drive engagement; and considering the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) advancements.

ASI honors iMIS, TopClass LMS, OpenWater, and Clowder clients whose missions substantially impact their members, donors, communities, and staff. The award celebrates those committed to achieving excellence at the highest levels through continuous performance improvement.
