ROYAL OAK, Mich. - Washingtoner -- Alta Vista Technology, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in providing Microsoft and Sage ERP, CRM, business intelligence, and collaboration solutions, is pleased to announce a merger with Digitek Solutions, an innovator in business process and software selection for all segments of the construction and real estate industry. Both Alta Vista Technology and Digitek Solutions are leading Sage Partners, providing financial software solutions (Sage Intacct, Sage 100, and Sage 300 CRE) and consulting services to clients.

"Alta Vista and Digitek had been collaborating for more than a year before the merger decision," said Stephen Hulston, CEO of Digitek Solutions, "During that time it became apparent how closely aligned our cultures and philosophies were and that the best way to service our customers and our employees was to merge the businesses and leverage each other's experiences and resources."

Effective March 1, 2024, Digitek Solutions will be merging operations with Alta Vista Technology under the leadership of President Scott Jackson.
