ROYAL OAK, Mich. - Washingtoner -- Alta Vista Technology, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in providing Microsoft and Sage ERP, CRM, business intelligence, and collaboration solutions, is pleased to announce a merger with Digitek Solutions, an innovator in business process and software selection for all segments of the construction and real estate industry. Both Alta Vista Technology and Digitek Solutions are leading Sage Partners, providing financial software solutions (Sage Intacct, Sage 100, and Sage 300 CRE) and consulting services to clients.

"The merger between Alta Vista and Digitek will strengthen our mission to improve people's lives through the use of technology," said Scott Jackson, President of Alta Vista. "The joint company will be able to provide additional services both within our existing customer base and to new customers. Our Microsoft practice will flourish and provide an opportunity for our existing on-prem customers to have a soft landing in the cloud, while the combined strength of our Sage team will dominate the market. Effective March 1, 2024, Digitek Solutions will be merging operations with Alta Vista Technology under the leadership of President Scott Jackson. Current Digitek customers can continue to expect a world-class customer experience with expanded offerings and services to meet their evolving business needs.
