Global Logistics Platform Expands Operations to Support Customers in Europe, the Middle East, and North America

SEATTLE - Washingtoner -- Trade Tech, Inc., a global logistics platform, has expanded its international presence with new operations in the United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. The move strengthens the company's ability to support forwarders, carriers, and shippers with technology and local expertise across time zones, languages, and regulatory environments.

New leaders appointed to head each market include:
  • Ian Mountford, United Kingdom – guiding customers through Import Control System 2 (ICS2 ENS) and GB Safety and Security filings.
  • Carlos Serrano, Spain – supporting forwarders and carriers with ICS2 ENS compliance and EU filings.
  • Adarsh Vasudev, Canada – expanding Trade Tech's North American coverage alongside U.S. and Mexico operations.
  • Toby Edwards, UAE – preparing customers for the Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information (MPCI) program and driving regional growth.

"Our goal is to provide customers with direct access to the expertise and technology they need to digitize, streamline operations, and manage compliance with confidence," said Bryn Heimbeck, president and co-founder of Trade Tech. "By extending our presence to these markets, we are delivering on that commitment and ensuring our customers can rely on Trade Tech wherever they operate."

Heimbeck added that shifting regulations, such as the rollout of ICS2 ENS, highlight the need for both technology and knowledgeable local support to keep cargo moving.

With its expanded footprint, Trade Tech is combining platform connectivity with in-market expertise to help customers reduce risk, improve visibility, and meet compliance obligations across increasingly complex global supply chains.
