CHARLESTON, S.C. - Washingtoner -- Balloon Therapy, the nation's premier balloon installation and event company, has announced that it will be opening the doors of its newest location in North Charleston, South Carolina, at 3125 Ashley Phosphate Road, Suite 118. The grand opening will begin at 10:00AM on February 1st.
