Expert in Cloud Computing, HPC/AI, and ESG Bolsters Silicon Valley-Based OrionX Leadership Team, Strengthens Offerings
MENLO PARK, Calif. - Washingtoner -- OrionX Research today announced the appointment of Adrian Cockcroft as Partner and Analyst. Mr. Cockcroft was most recently a Vice President at Amazon Web Services. Highly respected in the IT industry, he is a frequent keynote speaker and well known as the cloud architect for Netflix during its trailblazing migration to AWS, an early practitioner and advocate of DevOps, microservices, and chaos engineering, and a pioneer of sustainability practices for enterprise and public sector customers.
"Advanced technologies are transforming the world with intelligent infrastructure that extends from edge to cloud and from 5G to exascale," said Shahin Khan, Founding Partner at OrionX. "Navigating the choppy waters of digital transformation requires the mastery of emerging technological, market, and policy trends, and the kind of technical depth and breadth that only a select few like Adrian can provide. Having worked together at Sun Microsystems where Adrian was Chief Architect of the HPC, Grid, and Visualization group, we are thrilled to reunite to develop effective strategies and sound advice for OrionX clients."
