Recently, the SPD has received reports of package thefts where the suspects were seen wearing clothing with "Amazon" branding. The department is currently investigating this issue as Amazon does not directly employ delivery drivers and instead contracts out their services.
In the unfortunate event that you do become a victim of package theft, please contact Crime Check at 509.456.2233 for assistance. Remember to stay vigilant and take precautions to protect your packages during this busy holiday season.
