Spokane: Single motorcycle collision closes roads around Assembly and Northwest Boulevard; driver transported to local hospital with life threatening injuries

On August 6th, 2025 at just after 12:30pm, SPD responded to the area of Assembly and Northwest Boulevard on a report of a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.  The driver of the motorcycle was quickly transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.

The area around the scene will be closed as the incident is being investigated.  Preliminary information suggests speed was a factor in the collision as the motorcycle lost control, striking a tree.  Anyone with information or witnessing the collision is asked to call Crime Check at 509 456-2233.
