In Andrew D. Levine's newest Indian noir mystery, Kabir Joshi & Ananya Rao uncover a deadly Delhi network hidden behind clinics, paperwork, and political protection.

The latest Kabir Joshi and Ananya Rao mystery moves the acclaimed series to Delhi, where medical bureaucracy, political protection, and public trust become weapons in a deadly conspiracy.

NEW YORK - Washingtoner -- Blue Latitude Books announces the release of The Lily Network, the newest novel in Andrew D. Levine's Kabir Joshi and Ananya Rao mystery series.

Set in contemporary Delhi, The Lily Network follows investigative journalist Kabir Joshi & former police officer Ananya Rao as they uncover a conspiracy built not in alleyways or back rooms, but inside clinics, forms, reports, official files, and the quiet systems that ordinary people are trained to trust.

When a troubling pattern begins to emerge around medical consent forms, outages, missing records, and unexplained deaths, Kabir & Ananya are drawn into a case where the danger is not simply murder. It is institutional protection. Every document seems to lead somewhere, yet every answer has been softened, delayed, redirected, or buried.

Levine, a retired CPA with decades of experience in business, finance, and public accounting, brings a rare procedural realism to crime fiction. His mysteries are built around the machinery of wrongdoing: how corruption survives, how paperwork conceals violence, and how truth becomes dangerous when powerful people depend on silence.

"The Lily Network is about what happens when systems meant to protect people are turned against them," said Levine. "Kabir & Ananya are not chasing a single villain. They are confronting a structure — one that hides behind credentials, reports, bureaucracy, and respectability."

The novel continues the author's growing Indian noir series, which began with Death in the Rain and expanded through Bombay Reckless &Silent Auction Murder. With The Lily Network, Levine moves the series from Mumbai to Delhi, deepening the relationship between Kabir and Ananya while widening the scope of the crimes they confront.

Readers who enjoy international mysteries, investigative journalism, police procedure, forensic finance, political corruption, and morally grounded noir will find The Lily Network a sharp and timely addition to the genre.
