~ The City of Spokane Parks & Recreation is hosting a public workshop to discuss Palisades North Trailhead improvements and opportunities on Thursday, November 30th. The event will be held from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Finch Arboretum's Woodland Center, 3404 W. Woodland Blvd.
At the workshop, Parks will present information on the Palisades North Trailhead project and the newly public Rimrock to Riverside property, a joint effort between various leaders in land conservancy. They are inviting feedback on proposed trailhead designs for Palisades North as well as the overall priority improvements for the property, including site amenities, accessibility, parking, and protecting landscapes.

Those who are unable to attend can send comments to parks@spokanecity.org. The City of Spokane Parks & Recreation stewards nearly 120 properties across 4,000 acres of park land and offers hundreds of recreation opportunities for all ages and abilities to improve the health and quality of life for our community.
