~ At approximately 1am on October 12th, 2025, the Spokane Police Department received a report of a shooting in the area of 600 South McClellan. Officer Daniel Strassenberg, from the Public Information Office, confirmed that officers were dispatched to the scene and discovered a deceased male inside a vehicle.
According to initial information, an unknown suspect approached the victim who was seated inside the car and began shooting. The suspect then fled on foot and has yet to be located at the time of this release. The motive behind this violent act remains unknown.
