Spokane: Flags at Half-Staff Honoring the Allen, Texas Shooting Victims

~ Mayor Nadine Woodward of Spokane has ordered flags at all City facilities to be lowered to half-staff in accordance with President Joseph R. Biden's directive to honor the victims of the Allen, TX shooting. "Spokane sends its deepest sympathies and condolences to all those touched by the devastating tragedy in Texas," said Woodward. She also encouraged citizens to lower their flags outside their homes or businesses as a sign of respect for the eight people who lost their lives.
