~ In observance of Memorial Day, City Hall and other City facilities will be closed on Monday, May 29th. Garbage, recycling, and clean green pickup will be delayed by one day all week, with normal Friday services planned for Saturday.
Additionally, on street paid parking will not require payments but all parking rules still apply. All Spokane Public Library branches will be closed as well as the Spokane Municipal Court and Community Justice Services. My Spokane 311 employees will not be available for in person, phone or online customer service inquiries but the public can access the 311 online app 24 hours a day as messages will be responded to the next business day. Development Services Center employees will also not be available on Memorial Day. The Spokane City Council has cancelled its meeting for Memorial Day and it is scheduled to meet next on Monday, June 5th for its regular 3:30 p.m. briefing session and 6 p.m. legislative session which can be viewed live on CityCable 5, the City website or Facebook.

Riverfront Park attractions including the Looff Carrousel, Numerica SkyRide and Numerica Skate Ribbon will remain open during the holiday weekend while City golf courses are also open to visitors. Further details are available online.
