SEATTLE, April 15, 2025 ~ Seattle, Washington - Spectral Capital Corporation (OTCQB: FCCN) has made a significant move in the autonomous vehicle industry with its recent acquisition of 169,889 shares of Preferred Stock in a leading AI software company. The shares were obtained through an exchange of Spectral Capital stock valued at $10 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of $16,889,900.

The target company, which cannot be named at this time due to confidentiality agreements, is a major player in the autonomous driving space and supplies AI software to 10 of the top OEM's worldwide. With a current IPO target of $20 billion by June 2026 and outstanding shares, each share in the AI Company is estimated to be worth approximately $159. This puts Spectral's new stake at a current market value of around $27 million.

This strategic investment not only expands Spectral's portfolio into the rapidly growing autonomous driving sector but also sets the foundation for deeper collaboration between the two companies. In addition to the equity investment, Spectral Capital and the AI Company are currently negotiating a licensing agreement that would allow the AI Company to use Spectral's existing patent library. This potential agreement highlights the importance of this partnership as both companies aim to accelerate innovation in the autonomous vehicle industry by combining their expertise and resources.
