INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - Washingtoner -- Phinge Corporation, home of Netverse® patented app-less technologies, verified AI and hardware, today issues a public notice regarding the potential unauthorized use of its patented technologies.

Phinge® has initiated a broad investigation into possible infringement involving technology companies, developers, third-party platforms and others, whose technologies, products or services may utilize key aspects of Phinge's patented, protected technologies, inventions, systems and methods.

Some tech CEOs and others in the industry have been stating that the world will be app-less in 4-5 years.

Phinge is preparing to launch its patented app-less Netverse on its patented hardware in the near future.

Our patents singularly invented by our founder and CEO Robert DeMaio for hardware, app-less technologies, and other inventions and uses were filed starting over 6 years ago. They cover in part a "universal, integrated, codebase," app-less technologies, data collecting, using, accessing and sharing. Also included are integrated platforms like auctions, payments, rewards, social, merchant engagement and more, without the need for apps of any kind.

"We have numerous patents which cover innovative mobile hardware, devices, smartwatches and peripherals," said Robert DeMaio. "We are placing the global technology, developer community and relevant other parties on notice that Phinge takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously."

Phinge will continue to be diligent in monitoring all technologies for any potential infringements of its patented technologies and inventions.

We welcome third-parties to apply to be a verified platform on Netverse but we will also act decisively to protect our inventions, innovations and Intellectual Property.

Phinge and Mr. DeMaio hold over 30 hardware and software patents. You may view them here.
