CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. - Washingtoner -- Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC, a national leader in end-to-end industrial lifting solutions, has added an exciting phase of product offerings with a line of advanced camera and sensor products from Automate Matrix.

Lift Solutions Holdings, which provides sales and service for industrial cranes from more than 30 locations, will exclusively offer products from Automate Matrix for crane applications in most eastern and midwestern U.S. states.

Automate Matrix, the leader in intelligent sensing and automation, provides cutting-edge technologies that empower businesses to operate more efficiently, safely and intelligently. Its Industrial Safety Vision Protection System, whose products are now available from Lift Solutions Holdings, provides unparalleled protection against industrial accidents and injury on three key fronts:
  • Injury by automated equipment: The system detects workers in real time, and triggers instant equipment responses to prevent accidents
  • Accidental personnel entry: The system monitors zones in real time, immediately detecting personnel entering work zones illegally or accidentally
  • Unintended equipment startup: If equipment is mistakenly started, the system shuts it down immediately upon detecting human presence nearby
Lift Solutions Holdings will exclusively offer five Automate Matrix products in most of the eastern and midwestern U.S.: the Dual-Head Safety Camera, Single-Head Safety Camera, Event Recorder, 3D AI Camera and IR AI Camera. Their incorporation of edge computing and advanced artificial intelligence provides superior response speed, accuracy, reliability and adaptability beyond traditional safety cameras.

"We are thrilled and honored to partner with Automate Matrix to provide our customers this quantum leap in safety technology," said Robert Logemann, Chief Executive Officer of Lift Solutions Holdings. "These products achieve an accuracy level in visual industrial safety that far surpasses anything else on the market. Even better, their plug-n-play setup requires no training or calibration. The improvement in safety is easy and instantaneous."

In addition to their unmatched hazard recognition features, these Automate Matrix products use AI to monitor workflow processes. Potentially problematic deviations, such as omissions and procedural violations, trigger real-time alerts and spotlight needed intervention.

The Event Recorder delivers additional value for production line operators via its capability to provide end-to-end traceability for efficient quality control and anomaly resolution. When failures occur, a source of the problem can be quickly identified using videos stored before and after an alarm.

Automate Matrix products are used and trusted by some of the world's most recognizable brands. Lift Solutions Holdings is pleased to make them available to its customers, who are serviced by a national network of 34 company locations across 16 states.

Founded in 2021, Lift Solutions Holdings employs an integrated approach to help customers minimize downtime and maximize safety and productivity. Its suite of industrial lifting solutions includes OSHA-mandated inspections, training, aftermarket services, fabrication, parts and new cranes. Headquartered in Conshohocken, Pa., Lift Solutions Holdings serves customers across North America with unmatched ability and dedication, maintaining a strong presence through many branded affiliates and service locations.
