Using innovations from Cyntexa and Salesforce Loyalty Management, Keells has been able to successfully roll out the new Keells' Nexus Loyalty Program.
SAN FRANCISCO - Washingtoner -- Cyntexa, today announced that Keells has experienced enhanced customer engagement and loyalty with the help of Salesforce technology and the expertise of Cyntexa. Cyntexa is using Salesforce Loyalty Management to help Keells see faster results and get the most from the Salesforce platform.
Keells sought assistance with customer management, including streamlining enrollment processes and managing customer data. To enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency, it was essential for Keells to streamline the process of redemption and accrual of loyalty points and address the existing delays. Keells' vision was to have a well-aligned loyalty process that could assist in offering personalized offers and rewards to its customers.

Experts at Cyntexa thoroughly assessed Keells' existing loyalty infrastructure and implemented Salesforce Loyalty Management, enabling Keells to use real-time point accrual, redemption, and advanced access control mechanisms.
By using Salesforce Loyalty Management and Cyntexa's expertise and innovations, Keells has been able to strengthen brand loyalty through its improved customer experience. Moreover, they also witnessed an improvement in their overall operational efficiency.
Keells successfully rolled out the loyalty program to more than 135 retail stores with Cyntexa's expertise in just 12 days, resulting in a significant transformation in their customer engagement strategy.
