Cyntexa is using Salesforce Loyalty Management to help Keells see faster results and get the most from the Salesforce platform.
Keells sought assistance with customer management, including streamlining enrollment processes and managing customer data. To enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency, it was essential for Keells to streamline the process of redemption and accrual of loyalty points and address the existing delays. By using Salesforce Loyalty Management and Cyntexa's expertise and innovations, Keells has been able to strengthen brand loyalty through its improved customer experience. Moreover, they also witnessed an improvement in their overall operational efficiency.
Keells successfully rolled out the loyalty program to more than 135 retail stores with Cyntexa's expertise in just 12 days, resulting in a significant transformation in their customer engagement strategy.
