St. Louis-based hotel operator, Genuine Hospitality, LLC selected to operate two hotels in southwest, Florida.

LAKE ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Washingtoner -- Located at 400 Commercial Ct, Venice, FL 34292, the 83-room Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites - Venice, FL, the all-suite hotel is ideally located at the NW quadrant of the I-75 and Jacaranda Blvd intersection, adjacent to many local dining options and just 5-miles from Historic Downtown Venice and spectacular, white-sanded, Venice Beach.

Additionally, located at 1200 34th St. North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713, the 129-room Holiday Inn St. Petersburg West, is centrally located on US I-19 minutes away from I-275, vibrant downtown St. Petersburg, Grand Central District, Tropicana Field, Tampa Bay, St. Pete Beach, Madera Beach, and much more.
