BALTIMORE - Washingtoner -- The Becoming Everything You Are (BEYA) Stars and Stripes Committee is proud to announce that General Vincent Brooks (RET) has officially joined the committee as a Founder. General Brooks, a distinguished leader with decades of military service and a strong advocate for leadership in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), follows General Johnnie Wilson (RET), who is stepping down after 20 years of exemplary service. General Wilson's dedication and influence helped shape the direction and growth of BEYA Stars and Stripes, and his contributions have left a lasting legacy.

Vice Admiral Andy Winns (RET), chairman of the BEYA Stars and Stripes Committee, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We are truly fortunate to welcome General Brooks as a Founder.
