ORLANDO, Fla. - Washingtoner -- Ganadores Inversiones Bienes Raíces (Ganadores IBR) destacó una asistencia de más de 100 estudiantes a la Cumbre de Ganadores IBR de la compañía, realizada la ciudad de Las Vegas, Nevada. A lo largo de la conferencia de dos días, estudiantes asistentes de 18 estados, incluido Puerto Rico, escucharon a expertos en áreas como finanzas, contabilidad, seguros privados e inversiones inmobiliarias residenciales y comerciales. Además de la oportunidad educativa, los estudiantes hicieron valiosas conexiones y contactos con personas de toda la industria, tanto de expositores, así como también de compañeros asistentes.

"Tuvimos el honor de aportar información muy valiosa a nuestros Ganadores Inmobiliarios", señaló Richard Álvarez, director general de Ganadores IBR. "Hacer contactos en esta industria es fundamental para el éxito. Mi pasión es apoyar a la comunidad latina de los Estados Unidos y ayudar a nuestros compañeros inversionistas inmobiliarios hispanos a desarrollar asociaciones con líderes que los asistirán en la construcción de su futuro."

La Cumbre de Ganadores IBR es una extensión del programa de capacitación y tutoría en inversión inmobiliaria de Ganadores IBR, que está diseñada específicamente para las comunidades latinas de todo Estados Unidos. Los ponentes del evento este año fueron Joaquín Toro, Marco Alfaro, Arturo Borges y Richard Álvarez. Entre las sesiones más populares del evento estuvieron Cómo Financiar Bienes Raíces Comerciales, Haciendo Amistades y Cómo Construir un Equipo Ganador.

Este año, Ganadores IBR ha ampliado su organización con un aumento de personal y una nueva ubicación para su sede en Orlando, Florida, con el objetivo de satisfacer la creciente demanda de nuevos candidatos que desean entrar en su programa. Hasta la fecha, Ganadores IBR ha asesorado a más de 4 mil latinos, a través de 40 mercados con varios miles de estudiantes inscritos en sus seminarios y talleres.
