SEATTLE - Washingtoner -- Direct Interactions, a provider of call center services for multiple 211 organizations, is proud to celebrate National 211 Day on February 11th, a day dedicated to recognizing the crucial work of 211s and their staff. We celebrate the efforts of 211 service teams across the country, whose compassion and dedication help communities navigate critical health and human services.

For over two decades, 211 has been the trusted helpline for individuals seeking vital information on housing, healthcare, food security, disaster relief, mental health, and so much more. As the number of people relying on these services continues to grow, we are ushering in the golden age of 211.
