Murphy Law Firm Investigates Lawsuit on Behalf of the 184,372 Individuals whose Personal Information was Exposed in the Cherry Health Data Breach
OKLAHOMA CITY - Washingtoner -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was compromised in the data breach involving Cherry Street Services, Inc. ("Cherry Health"). On December 21, 2023, Cherry Health detected suspicious activity on its computer network, indicating a data breach. Based on a subsequent forensic investigation, Cherry Health determined that cybercriminals infiltrated its inadequately secured computer systems. The investigation further determined that these unauthorized cybercriminals improperly accessed files containing the sensitive personal information of potentially 184,372 individuals:
