Former Carrington College educator steps into leadership role focused on student success and community engagement

SPOKANE, Wash. - Washingtoner -- Carrington College is proud to announce the appointment of Victoria Zones as the new Campus Director in Spokane. Zones brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare and higher education to her new leadership role.

Zones joined Carrington College in 2021 as a part-time instructor in the Medical Assisting program. Over the next four years, she advanced from instructor to Program Director before being named Campus Director. Prior to her career in education, she spent nearly 10 years as a medical assistant in women's health and obstetrics and gynecology. She has also served as a clinical trainer, lead medical assistant, and clinical research coordinator.

Her passion for education stems from her own transformative journey as a first-generation college student and working mother. Inspired by the mentorship and support she received during her studies, Zones has dedicated her career to creating pathways for student success and fostering an inclusive, empowering learning environment.
