Author Karol V. Brown-Jones Launches Get On Board the New Underground Railroad: Harriet Tubman's Spirit Is Guiding Us to Love In Actions

PUYALLUP, Wash. - Washingtoner -- Puyallup, Washington — — Author, storyteller, and humanitarian Karol V. Brown-Jones invites readers to embark on a transformational journey of faith, self-love, and courageous service in her new book, Get On Board the New Underground Railroad: Harriet Tubman's Spirit Is Guiding Us to Love In Actions.

This powerful work blends Harriet Tubman's enduring legacy with Karol's own life experiences and spiritual insights, interweaving personal stories, prayers, and reflection prompts that inspire readers to live "Love In Actions" — love expressed through everyday choices, service, and unity across generations.

"For over twenty-five years, I've told Harriet Tubman's story. In this book, I finally tell my own," says Brown-Jones. "Harriet's courage taught me that love must move. We need modern-day Harriets — people who act with compassion, faith, and courage to create freedom and healing for others."
