ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Washingtoner -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a leading global provider of cloud software and services for associations and non-profits — and the developers of the iMIS Engagement Management System — announced today that its 24th annual iNNOVATIONS conference was held on September 13 – 14 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. The event offered extensive learning and training sessions for clients and partners of the company's suite of non-profit solutions: iMIS, OpenWater, and TopClass LMS. ASI also announced the winners of its highly anticipated annual awards. Learn more here.
The in-person iNNOVATIONS conference — the first since 2019 — was warmly received with attendee rates higher than pre-pandemic levels. The two-day event was deliberately scheduled to follow the September 12 Discovery Conference hosted at the same venue by NiUG — the independent iMIS users' group — so users could easily attend both.
ASI's Chairman & CEO, Bob Alves, opened the iNNOVATIONS conference on Tuesday, September 13 with a rousing presentation about the power of bringing iMIS, OpenWater and TopClass LMS solutions together and the tremendous impact this will have on client success. The conference program included more than 39 sessions in six tracks: General, iMIS, Partner, OpenWater, TopClass, and Networking. Topics included product roadmaps/updates, finance, non-dues revenue, advertising management, SDK & API updates, digital transformation, website design, engagement scoring, advocacy & civic impact management, integration tools, and member engagement.
The company will also host two regional iNNOVATIONS conferences this fall, one in London on September 29 and another in Toronto, Canada on November 2.
"This year's iNNOVATIONS was momentous. It was so great to see our clients and partners from around the world again after so many years apart — the energy and excitement was undeniable," said Edward Wendling, VP of Marketing for ASI. "But it was even more special because we brought together the iMIS, OpenWater and TopClass LMS communities to celebrate the combined strength of our suite of solutions designed to help associations and non-profits improve their effectiveness, productivity and performance."
