SUNRISE, Fla. - Washingtoner -- The Florida Panthers honored Andre Kay, a visionary leader in digital marketing and philanthropy, with the Black Excellence Award during a special Celebration of Black Excellence on February 8th.

The event, sponsored by Amazon and held at the Amerant Bank Arena, celebrated individuals who have made significant contributions to their communities and industries.

The Florida Panthers won their first Stanley Cup championship in their 30th anniversary season in 2023-24 following a thrilling seven-game Stanley Cup Final series with the Edmonton Oilers.
