BELLEVUE, Wash. - Washingtoner -- World Digital Technology Academy (WDTA) successfully hosted the DWC Seattle AI Summit in Bellevue, Washington. As a centerpiece event during Seattle Tech Week, the summit convened international policy leaders, enterprise technology executives, pioneering researchers, and venture investors to address the dual imperatives of frontier AI technological acceleration and international governance frameworks.
Organized by WDTA as part of its global Digital World Conference (DWC) series, the landmark gathering was co-hosted by the WDTA Seattle Liaison Office and B.E.L.L.E., under the leadership of Summit Co-Chairs Zihong Guo (Director of Global Partnership, WDTA) and Lenka Huang (Co-Founder, B.E.L.L.E. Community).

Multilateral Vision: His Excellency Ambassador Prof. Muhammadou M. O. Kah (Vice Chair of the UN CSTD and Standing Vice Chairman of WDTA) delivered opening perspectives on global digital standards, international AI safety coordination, and inclusive technology governance.
Keynote Presentation: Prof. Yale Li, Executive Chairman of WDTA, delivered the summit's primary keynote, "Frontier AI Development: Balancing Innovation and Governance." Prof. Li outlined the rapid evolution of foundation models—tracing advancements in inference-time compute and agentic workflows—while laying out a roadmap for international harmonization, certification, and standard-setting.
