Tacoma: Update on Initiative 2

The City of Tacoma received a court order establishing the briefing schedule for the appeal regarding Initiative 2. Both the City and the plaintiffs mutually agreed to this schedule, which extends beyond the upcoming February special election. Initiative 2 will not appear on the February ballot.
