BOWIE, Md. - Washingtoner -- Solomon Eye Physicians and Surgeons is proud to announce the promotion of Dr. Nancy Draskovic to Clinical Director of Ocular Surface Disease, a new leadership role created to advance the organization's commitment to clinical excellence and innovation in patient care.

Dr. Draskovic joined Solomon Eye in 2017 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex ocular conditions. Her collaborative approach, dedication to patient outcomes, and passion for education have made her an invaluable asset to both patients and colleagues alike.

In this new role, Dr. Draskovic will lead the clinical strategy for the Ocular Disease division, supporting best-in-class protocols, mentoring clinical staff, and driving continued advancement in treatment options for conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease.

Dr. Draskovic holds her Doctor of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry with residency training at the Baltimore VA Medical Center focused on ocular disease. She is an active member of the American Academy of Optometry and frequently lectures on advancements in disease management and interdisciplinary care.
