SEATTLE, Sept. 12, 2025 ~ As the fall season approaches, outdoor enthusiasts are gearing up for their favorite activities. And for members of the largest consumer cooperative in the country, REI Co-op, this means even more perks and benefits during their annual Member Days event.

From September 12th to 22nd, REI members can take advantage of exclusive offers and deals on top of their usual benefits. This 11-day event is a celebration of the co-op's growing community of 25 million members who share a love for spending time outside.

One of the most exciting offers during Member Days is double rewards for purchases made with the REI Co-op Mastercard. Cardholders will receive 10% back instead of the usual 5%, making it a great time to stock up on outdoor gear. And with no annual fee, this credit card is a must-have for any avid outdoor enthusiast.

But that's not all – members can also earn 5% in REI Co-op Mastercard Rewards by donating to the 501(c)(3) REI Cooperative Action Fund at REIfund.org or in-store at checkout. This fund supports nonprofits that work towards making the outdoors more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

For those looking to get their bikes tuned up before hitting the trails, Member Days offer an additional 20% off bike tune packages in-store. This is on top of the year-round benefit of 20% off all shop services and free tubes with purchase of flat-tire repair.

And for those interested in purchasing lightly used gear or trading in their old equipment, members can enjoy 20% off one Re/Supply item in-store. This exclusive program is only available to REI members.

During Member Days, REI will also be highlighting some of their featured brands such as Big Agnes, Cannondale, Garmin, On, Patagonia, Thule, Topo Athletic, YETI and their own REI Co-op brand. These brands offer a variety of products for running, cycling, hiking, backpacking, and camping – all available exclusively to members or sold only at the co-op.

REI prides itself on being a welcoming community for all outdoor enthusiasts. Anyone is welcome to shop, attend workshops and presentations, and tap into the co-op's expertise. And for a one-time fee of $30, individuals can become members and gain access to a range of year-round benefits.

One of the most notable benefits is the annual Co-op Member Reward, which typically gives members 10% back on eligible purchases from the previous year. And with their 100% satisfaction guarantee, members also enjoy an extended return window of one year from purchase (exemptions apply).

So whether you're an avid hiker, cyclist, or camper – or simply someone who loves spending time outside – becoming an REI member during their annual Member Days event is a no-brainer. With double rewards, epic deals, and exclusive offers on top brands, it's the perfect time to join this growing community of outdoor enthusiasts.
