WASHINGTON - Washingtoner -- WORxK Solutions proudly announces that Nahrin Chowdhury and Yasha Chapman will be one of the  key speakers at this month's DEIA Round Table. Set to take place on October 19th, the event will explore the theme "Cultivating Inclusive Communities for Diverse Learners."

Nahrin Chowdhury is a dedicated leader in education with nearly 20 years of experience in New York City and Los Angeles school districts. A former math teacher and school and district leader, she has driven transformational change in underserved schools, focusing on educational equity. As the founder of Unstressified, LLC, Nahrin is committed to helping individuals thrive personally and professionally. A woman of color, she is passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential—whether through education, wellness, or her writing, including her published children's book Khalil and Alina: Tell Us About Bangladesh, which celebrates heritage and family.

Yasha Chapman is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant of Elementary Education Evolved, LLC, which partners with schools to close academic gaps for minority K-12 students and boost teacher retention through effective coaching. With over 10 years in education, Yasha has served as a Certified Classroom Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Curriculum Coordinator/Writer. She believes in equity, effective school leadership, and supporting educators in discovering their classroom talents. Described as "influential and passionate," Yasha has led many successful professional development sessions. Her mother, Dr. Chiquetta Thompson, inspires her mission to close academic gaps for minority students.

This DEIA Round Table will bring together top experts and advocates to discuss actionable ways to nurture inclusivity in education, offering attendees valuable insights into supporting diverse learners.
