Firm Promises City Unparalleled Virtual Downtown Revitalization

MEDFORD, Ore. - Washingtoner -- It requires more than a facade refresh to draw foot traffic to suffering downtowns and Medford is no different, according to Daniel Wells, a local 30-year tech entrepreneur.
