"When we decided to invest in this new warehouse and headquarters our main goal was increased productivity and operational excellence. We did not want to miss out on a single day shipping product to our customers, "Airton Martins, VP of Operations, stated about this lofty endeavor. "Over the last few weeks, we have been working around the clock moving inventory from multiple warehouses to prevent any downtime."
IPD's new warehouse is equipped with the most advanced technology and automation systems to manage inventory, orders, and distribution efficiently. This investment in technology translates to faster order processing and increased accuracy. This upgrade is part of a broader initiative that includes significant upgrades to existing facilities in Denmark, Cleveland, and Houston, as well as the addition of a new warehouse outside Dubai.
Michael Badar, IPD President, expressed his excitement about the move, saying, "Our new headquarters in Carson is a testament to our commitment to our customers. We outgrew our Torrance location and now we are better positioned to provide our customers with the parts they need, while providing unparalleled service. I can't wait to welcome everyone to our new home."
