Based on the book Life Plus 99 Years written by Nathan Leopold will be shot in chicago on the 99th anniversary of the "First crime of the century Leopold and Loeb

PEORIA, Ill. - Washingtoner -- Based on a true story

Director Aaron Warr will shoot American Criminals based on the true story of Leopold and Loeb. This is the 99th anniversary of the first "Crime of the Century." Starring Armie Hammer.

In 1924 two wealthy teen boys killed 14 year old Bobby Franks. This movie is based on the book Life Plus 99 Years written by Nathan Leopold. Warr Brothers will shoot this film in Chicago, Spring / Summer 2023.

The film is to shoot in Chicago as the very streets where the crime took place are in tact. Casting will take place also in Chicago as well as editing and the release. The film plans to be ready for film festival distribution.

The film will take the viewer through the chapters of the book Life Plus 99 years written by Nathan Leopold. This is the only book written by one of the killers as Richard Loeb was killed in prison. The film rights to the book have been in place for 9 years.

The family of the Leopold estate are excited to see the story based on the book come to life on film and streaming.
