New platform helps MGA leaders see performance, spot risks, and ask plain-English questions about their book of business.

PHILADELPHIA - Washingtoner -- 2iG Solutions today announced the launch of MGA Insight, a business intelligence and AI analytics platform built specifically for managing general agents and underwriters.

MGA Insight gives MGA executives, underwriting leaders, and distribution teams a clearer view of their business by bringing together data from the systems they already use, including rating platforms, policy systems, agency management systems, claims platforms, and spreadsheets. The result is a single place to track submissions, quotes, binds, policies, producers, programs, risk detail, capacity partners, and performance trends.

"MGA leaders do not need more static reports. They need faster answers and earlier warning signs," said Harry Snyder, President and CTO of 2iG Solutions. "We built MGA Insight so business users can ask questions in plain English, understand what is changing in their book of business, and take action before small issues become bigger problems."

At the center of MGA Insight is AI Insight, a plain-English analyst built into the platform. Users can ask business questions such as, "Which agencies / producers should I be concerned about and tell me why" or "Where are quote counts rising but bind rates falling?" MGA Insight translates those questions into data analysis, returns grounded answers, creates charts, and allows results to be exported to MS Excel or saved as reusable reports.

The platform also includes proactive AI features designed for the daily work of MGA teams:
  • Morning Brief: A concise daily summary of recent production, quarter pacing, new alerts, and notable producer movement.
  • Smart Alerts: MGA Insight watches for meaningful changes such as quote surges, agency quote drops, and production declines, then explains the business drivers in plain English.
  • Book Intelligence: The platform helps identify at-risk renewals, underperforming segments, and white-space opportunities where an MGA may have room to grow.
  • Producer and Agency Tracking: Underwriting and distribution teams can see which agencies are gaining momentum, which are slowing down, and where outreach may be needed.
  • Program, Concentration, and Syndicate Views: MGA Insight helps teams monitor premium, quote activity, concentration, underwriting performance, and capacity participation across the business.

MGA Insight is designed to make advanced analytics usable for business leaders without requiring them to write database queries or wait for a custom analyst queue. A user can move from a question to an answer, to a chart, to a saved report in a single workflow.

The platform was also built with data privacy and customer isolation in mind. AI features are grounded in each customer's own data environment, and safeguards are used to validate AI-generated queries before execution. Raw row-level customer records are not sent to external AI models for analysis.

"MGA Insight is about making the data inside an MGA easier to use," Snyder added. "The AI is powerful, but the goal is simple: help leaders know what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next."

MGA Insight is available immediately. For more information or to request a demonstration, contact Patrick McCall at pmccall@2iGsolutions.com.
