Richard Decker, founder and international fitness enthusiast, is thrilled to be expanding the AWATFIT footprint in Florida- and all across the country.

"It's the new Uber of the fitness world…It's really unique. Every gym I've ever owned, there's a key demographic you market to, either age or gender," Decker said. "There's no demographic for AWATFIT. It's all age-friendly, physical ability-friendly, capability-friendly."

The concept is novel, inclusive, and for some, there's no going back to regular gyms.

"There are benefits of working out outdoors and you can get a better workout because you're so much more in tune with the human body," he said. "It's unique, it's fun, it's better for your body, it increases your energy and mood and decreases depression. It's better than working out inside."

See you soon, Fort Lauderdale!
