Spokane Police Seek Public's Help Locating Vulnerable Adult
The Spokane Police Department is seeking the public's assistance locating 57 year old Chris Frandsen. Chris was last seen near the area of S Walnut St and W Fifth Ave at approximately 11:00am on 11/30/2022.

A recent photo of Chris is attached. He was last seen wearing a light black puffy jacket and gray or tan pants. He is missing his top front tooth.
Chris suffers from chronic mental health issues and left his treatment facility. If contacted, he will likely be in a confused or delusional state.
