~ The Spokane Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a missing indigenous female who is considered endangered. According to Officer Daniel Strassenberg, the department's Public Information Officer, Lenetta M. Moses (27) was last seen on February 21st, 2024 at approximately 10pm in the area of Division and Cozza.
Lenetta was on foot at the time and was wearing a long sleeve black sweatshirt and black jogger style pants. She is described as being 5'5" tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She also has a scar on her cheek. It is important to note that Lenetta wears a hearing aid and speaks Salish, which may require the assistance of an interpreter.

Officer Strassenberg stated that Lenetta is at high risk due to mental health concerns. The department urges anyone with information on her whereabouts or who may have seen her to contact 911 or Crime Check at 509-456-2233. The case number associated with this incident is 2024-20033139.
A photo of Lenetta has been released by the department in hopes of aiding in her safe return home. Anyone who recognizes her or has any information is urged to come forward and assist in bringing Lenetta back to safety.
