~ The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 20-year-old Joseph Kamau, who was last seen at his residence in the Gonzaga University area after midnight on March 3rd, 2023. Kamau is a black male, 5'10" tall and weighs between 170-210 pounds. He works at a local McDonald's and has not reported to work as scheduled. His family is concerned because he left his personal items behind and they say it's out of character for him not to connect regularly.
