~ Spokane Parks & Recreation is currently seeking proposals from experienced concert production firms to manage a seasonal concert series at the Gesa Pavilion, an iconic outdoor amphitheater located in Riverfront Park. The deadline for submissions is April 6, 2026.
The City of Spokane is looking for a single firm to provide concert booking, production, and ticketing services for the pavilion's summer concert series. The current agreements for these services are set to expire in 2026, and the City is determined to secure a new partner to ensure the continuation of high-quality live entertainment in one of Spokane's most beloved public spaces.
The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of the seasonal concert series, starting with the 2027 series. This includes talent booking, event production, technical support, and ticketing. The partnership will begin with an initial five-year term and may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods. All proposals must be submitted as a single, consolidated submission covering all three services.
