~ Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown has ordered all flags at City facilities to be lowered to half-staff in honor of former Washington State Senator and Representative Samuel "Sam" Hunt. This directive comes after Governor Bob Ferguson's announcement that state and U.S. flags at all state agency facilities will also be lowered in remembrance of Senator Hunt.
