- Lightning Round — 30 seconds: More than 40 founders took the mic for a rapid-fire opener that stunned the judges.
- Semi-Finals — 90 seconds: The top contenders refined their message and battled for a spot in the finals.
- Final Round — 5 minutes: The strongest founders delivered full presentations and answered Q&A with a panel of VC's and Angel Investors.
