A Unified Global Effort to Protect and Promote Naturist Rights

SYDNEY - Washingtoner -- In the face of growing challenges to naturist rights, NaturismRE, the Australian Naturist Federation (ANF), and Get Naked Australia (GNA) have come together to support the 2025 Australia public Decency & Nudity Bill—a crucial step toward protecting the rights of naturists and nudists in Australia. While these organisations operate with distinct missions, they recognise that when fundamental freedoms are at stake, unity is essential.

NaturismRE, a modern movement advocating for naturist rights through legal activism, technological innovation, and global community-building, has reached out to INF-FNI (International Naturist Federation) to invite their collaboration on this Bill. The goal is to foster a broader alliance that supports the rights of naturists worldwide, ensuring a unified and constructive approach to advocacy.

"What is happening in Australia today will be replicated worldwide," says Vincent Marty - Founder of NaturismRE (NRE) - The Naturism REsurgence, Founder of NaturismRE. "This is about setting a precedent—demonstrating that when necessary, naturist organisations can work together to defend the rights of those who choose a clothes-free lifestyle."

International Backing Grows The momentum behind the Decency Bill is not limited to Australia. NaturismRE is proud to announce that Clothes Free International, a well-established global organisation advocating for naturist rights and body freedom, has expressed interest in supporting this initiative. Additionally, the Naturist Association of Thailand has already confirmed their commitment to promoting and backing the Bill. These endorsements demonstrate that the push for naturist rights transcends borders and has the potential to create lasting change worldwide.

Support from ANF The Australian Naturist Federation (ANF) has a commitment to raising awareness for the naturist lifestyle. "Our mission is to 'Normalise Nudity,'" says Shazz, President of ANF. "We only want people to understand choices, and without judgement, for us to enjoy the areas naturists can use. Body positivity and freedom of choice within social nudism is our goal. With this in mind, we are supporting the Bill and Petition for the 'Australian Public Decency and Nudity Clarification Bill 2025' with our community."

A Unified Front, Yet Independent Paths Each organisation supporting this initiative remains independent, operating under its unique philosophy and approach. NaturismRE, ANF, and GNA complement each other, bringing different strengths to the movement. Unifying for a cause does not mean surrendering autonomy—it means recognising the bigger picture and standing together when rights are at risk.

A Global Call to Action: NaturismRE hopes that INF-FNI and other international federations will join this effort. Whether they choose to do so or not, this movement will continue to grow beyond Australia, setting a blueprint for future legal battles to secure naturist rights worldwide.

"We are not here to replace any organisation—we are here to ensure naturism evolves, expands, and gains the recognition it deserves. What we accomplish today in Australia can serve as a model for other nations where naturists still face legal restrictions."

NaturismRE invites all like-minded individuals and organisations—naturist clubs, associations, activists, and independent supporters worldwide—to rally behind this cause and contribute to the fight for a world where naturists can live freely, without discrimination or fear.
