~ Tacoma, WA - The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has announced that maintenance work will be taking place on northbound Interstate 705 and under the State Route 509 interchange in Tacoma from March 24 to March 28. This will result in ramp closures from 8 AM to 3:30 PM during those days.

According to WSDOT, the maintenance work will include vegetation management, graffiti removal, pavement repairs, and sign maintenance. To ensure smooth traffic flow during this time, the City of Tacoma's Public Works crews will manage detour routes within city limits.
