After a record-breaking year in real estate, established real estate broker, Angel Beck, recently announced the news of her new brokerage servicing Southeastern Indiana and beyond

VERSAILLES IN, Ind. - Washingtoner -- After a record-breaking year in real estate sales in 2021, established Real Estate Broker, Angel Beck, has announced the recent opening of her new real estate brokerage company, Beck Properties. Angel has worked in the industry for 15 years and has been licensed for the last 13 years. Loving a good challenge, Angel is always looking for the next step on how she can continue to grow her knowledge and better help her clients, no matter what their situation is to buy or sell. So, opening her new brokerage seemed like to next step in her real estate career. Angel is the top individual selling agent in Ripley County, Indiana and is in the Top 10 Real Estate Sales overall for Southeastern Indiana for 2021. This success comes from providing a great experience for her clients and in return servicing a large number of client referrals and repeat clients. Having established relationships with several local lenders gives Angel the opportunity to offer a one stop shop. Educating herself with several lender programs allows her to point each client in the right direction for the lender who will best service them. Whether that client is a first-time buyer or not, this service helps to streamline everything for the client and give a better overall experience. "This is what we do, this is part of what our job is, to know these things. Buyers do not do this every day, so they look to us, as professionals in the industry, to help them."
