Green Office Partner x DigitalVAAR Green Office Partner
CHICAGO - Washingtoner -- Green Office Partner today announced a strategic collaboration with DigitalVAAR, a Managed Print Services (MPS) provider supporting organizations with operations in Mexico. Through this collaboration, Green Office Partner will deliver managed print services across the United States and Canada, while DigitalVAAR will provide MPS support for clients' Mexico-based offices—creating a more seamless print experience for organizations operating in both countries.

As companies expand across borders, managing print environments separately by region often leads to inconsistent service, limited visibility, and unnecessary cost. This collaboration helps address those challenges by aligning service delivery, standards, and reporting across the U.S. and Mexico, while leveraging trusted local expertise in each market.

"Many of our clients operate on both sides of the border and want consistency without sacrificing local support," said Gerald Toumayan, COO and VP of Channel of Green Office Partner. "This collaboration allows us to manage our clients' U.S. print environments while working closely with DigitalVAAR to ensure their Mexico locations receive the same level of reliability, insight, and accountability."

Green Office Partner provides Managed Print Services and business solutions nationwide across the United States, helping organizations reduce costs, improve device reliability, and gain control over complex print environments. DigitalVAAR brings regional expertise and on-the-ground support in Mexico, enabling organizations to extend their print strategy south of the border without adding operational complexity.

Together, Green Office Partner and DigitalVAAR offer organizations a more unified approach to print management across the U.S. and Mexico. Clients benefit from clearer visibility into print performance, more consistent service expectations, and a simplified experience when managing multi-country print environments.

"Our partnership with Green Office Partner significantly strengthens our value proposition. Through this strategic alliance, we expand our operational capabilities, share best practices, and align with international service standards," says Abraham Hernandez, President of DigitalVAAR. "This collaboration enables us to provide enhanced technical expertise, broader coverage, and faster response times, ensuring that our clients receive world-class service with personalized local attention."
