As MD, David leverages his firsthand experience building, scaling, and successfully exiting founder-led businesses to guide entrepreneurs, family business owners, and CEOs through the complexities of the sale process. He is best known for leading the growth and ultimate exit of YesMyWine, which became China's leading wine e-commerce platform with more than six million members and €70 million in annual revenue. He identified the strategic acquirer, led due diligence and negotiations, and helped structure the company's acquisition by Googut Wine & Spirits in a transaction valued at approximately $140 million.

His extensive experience across diverse markets and cultures provides valuable perspective for founders pursuing cross-border growth and strategic transactions.

David's entrepreneurial success and industry leadership have earned international recognition. He was named by Decanter Magazine as one of the "27 Most Important People in the Wine World" for his role in transforming beverage distribution and e-commerce across Asia.
