City of Tacoma Observes Thanksgiving on November 23 and 24
The Tacoma Recovery and Transfer Center (3510 S. Mullen St.) will close – and garbage, recycling, and yard waste will not be collected – November 23. Customers whose garbage, recycling, and yard waste are normally picked up on Thursdays or Fridays can expect pick-up one day later this week. All other customers can expect pick-up as normally scheduled.

All Tacoma Public Library locations will be closed on November 23.
There will be no parking enforcement by City staff November 23 and 24.
