Women Empowerment Series Honors Women Led Businesses at Miami Swim Week

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Washingtoner -- On July 10th 2021, The Wonder Woman Initiative will curate its annual Miami Swim Week event with a production at the Kimpton Angler's hotel on South Beach. The theme for this year's show is "Back To Eden", as its hope to not only provide a platform for women-led businesses to be nurtured back to a place of growth, but also for purposeful visibility and brand wellness during these times.

Hosted by Model & Activist, Tico Armand, the show will focus not only on the fashion but the impact of women within the community effecting positive change within their spheres of influence. Four women will be honored with the Eido Wonder Woman Award at this event, and this year, the initiative brings on budding women-owned swim and resort wear brands to feature in the show presentation.

About WWI:

The Wonder Women Initiative was founded on the shoulders on Eido Swimwear with a vision committed to amplifying authentic female voices beyond borders, through the creative visual representations of this notion at our events and projects. In a nutshell, the mission goes beyond empowering the woman, the mission is to stir up and enliven the power within the woman, to reinforce it, and to make it apparent.

Through this initiative, WWI spotlights female survivors, women in business breaking new grounds, and women who are less privileged and need help becoming self-sufficient providers for themselves and their families. The initiative also offers grants to women with startups and small businesses in underdeveloped countries.
