Breaking The Chains Foundation and Celebrity Spokesperson Jillian Rose Reed (MTV's Awkward, Disney's Elena of Avalor) have launched "How To Love Yourselfie" Holiday Stocking Stuffer sets on Etsy available for purchase from November 26th – December 15th, 2021 to support social media positivity evidenced based program.

LOS ANGELES - Washingtoner -- Breaking The Chains Foundation (BTCF) 501©(3) non-profit are teaming up with Celebrity Spokesperson Jillian Rose Reed (MTV's Awkward, Disney's Elena of Avalor) launching How To Love Yourselfie premium oil scented room spray and hand sanitizer Holiday Stocking Stuffers on Etsy  to support new evidence based online social media positivity program.

How To Love Yourselfie with Jillian Rose Reed Holiday Stocking Stuffers premium oil scents include: Lavender Lemon, Jasmine Mint, Peppermint, Orange Sherbet and Banana Split.  Choose from 1oz set of 5 hand sanitizers or 2oz combo set of room spray and hand sanitizer. For every purchase, $5.00 will go to BTCF to help facilitate the How To Love Yourselfie evidence based social media online program into schools, youth organizations, and treatment facilities for their new 2022 Community Outreach Program.

How To Love Yourselfie is BTCF's first evidence based social media cognitive dissonance interactive online social media program geared toward 15 – 22-year-old. Breaking The Chains Foundation is under the leadership of founder Debra Hopkins is a volunteer grassroots non-profit charity based in Los Angeles.
